    FULL TIME Employee Position:

    Marketing & Outreach: Knowledge or experience with substance a use issues and treatment a plus.  Prefer Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Social Work or Psychology or similar.  Salary $35.,000 – $40,000 depending on education and experience.     Spanish-Language Counselor, full time or part time for our Garner facility. Must be Substance Abuse Licensed or Certified; looking for the right person to oversee developing program.     Though WTC (Wilmington Treatment Center) put me on the right track to deal with my alcoholism, the treatment didn’t go beyond that to help me deal with my depression. When I came to First Step I had to deal with my depression and alcoholism.
